UL IT Department is an administration unit in the UL which concerns the implementation of the modern IT infrastructure strategy according to the UL mission and objectives. The UL IT defines the strategy of advanced IT UL implementation and maintains the existing IT infrastructure, including the UL inner data network connections, central server system for UL, and UL sharing software. UL IT Department develops and maintains the UL information systems LUIS, portal of UL, e-learning system MOODLE and other e-applications.  UL IT Department’s help desk provides user support via telephone, in the service rooms and, in some cases, directly at the user’s place.
