| The objective of this course is to provide students with knowledge of the harmonization laws in the EU, its structure and to show how harmonization takes a place in practice in particular field of the EU law. Harmonization of the laws in particular fields of the EU– labour, consumer protection and non-discrimination law, will demonstrate practical aspects of the harmonization and provide students with particular knowledge in the legal regulation in those particular fields.
