| The objective of this course is to provide the students with the concept and knowledge of the basic freedoms of the EU, competition law, state aid and the creation the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice. The special attention is given to the functioning of the internal market of the EU, as well as the dynamic development of a number of policies and the related legal regulation within the framework of the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice.
